By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Participating in the event is entirely at your own risk. The organizer will not be responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries you might sustain while participating in the training or any activity associated with the event.
You may arrange personal insurance yourself for the event if desired.
Event tickets are being sold online at the Universe Ticket Shop. The tickets will be delivered by email from the following sender: tickets@universe.com
A valid ticket and a photo ID are required. These will be checked at the venue registration area before the event.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, and venue. Should Shiraishi-sensei be unable to travel and teach at the event, the teaching will be carried out by the senior students of Shiraishi-sensei instead. The event will not be cancelled in that case.
If the event itself is completely cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will offer only partial refunds.
If the event is not cancelled, it will not be possible to get a refund after the purchase. Note that you may transfer the ticket to another person.
For more compensation, you may arrange personal insurance yourself if desired.
If the original registrant cannot make it to the event, it will be possible to transfer the ticket to another person until 24 hours before the first day of the event. The transfer is possible through the ticket shop.
The minimum age requirement for attendees is 18 years old. Younger individuals (with a ticket) are permitted to participate when accompanied by an adult (18 years or older, also with a ticket) and assumes responsibility for the minor for the duration of the event.
All attendees are required to follow the house regulations of the local training hall as well as the Bujinkan Hombu guidelines. Those individuals who do not follow those rules, or are in violation thereof, are not welcome at the event and the cost of their tickets will not be refunded.
The training sessions will be recorded on video and available as an optional purchase sometime after the event. Please do not take photos or videos during the training. Photos before and after the event, as well as during the breaks, will be permitted.
